In 2014 we joined forces with top Chinese table tennis manufacturer, Palio, to create an exclusive range of table tennis bats for players of all abilities.

You can purchase our bats directly from Amazon, or through this website. We’re continually expanding across the globe, and currently sell in the locations listed here via Amazon. Currently we only sell to the UK through this website.

If you purchase via Amazon we we’re able to deliver to many more locations including the UK, EU countries, US, Canda, Australia, and India. We recommend that you check the delivery options at your nearest Amazon outlet to determine your options.
What payment methods are accepted?
By buying direct from Amazon you can choose from an array of popular payment methods.
However, if you’d prefer to buy directly via this website then we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal — but you don’t need to hold an e-wallet account with them.
Are other Palio bats the same as the ETT range?
No. Our line of bats are unique, and sold only by us.

Warning: we’ve received a number of enquiries from disappointed customers mistakenly buying standard (and often cheaper) Palio bats. Unfortunately some sellers attempt to trick buyers into thinking their products are the same as those produced by ETT. Our custom range of bats include carefully selected rubbers and blades – so be sure to buy directly from us.
Which Palio-ETT bat should I buy?
We offer three main types of table tennis bats, designed for different requirements:
“Expert” — Perfect for beginners learning the game
“Master” — For intermediate players looking to improve
“Legend” — For advanced players seeking speed and power
“Dynasty” — For penhold players looking for maximum control and spin
How much is delivery? How long does it take?
Standard delivery is FREE and usually takes around 3 working days.
If you need your bat right away then you can upgrade your delivery method at Amazon upon making your purchase. If you’re an Amazon Prime customer then you can expect to receive your bat the following day!
What’s the returns policy?
Palio-ETT products are subject to the standard Amazon returns policy and seller guidelines. You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Learn more here.
In summary, Amazon will refund your return costs, up to their standard delivery option cost, if:
- you received an incorrect item, or
- you received a damaged item, or
- you received a defective item, or
- you are returning shoes and clothing.
Please note that if you have used the bat, then a return may not be accepted by Amazon.
Tip: we highly recommend that you assess the weight and ‘feel’ of your bat before removing the plastic seal, and then exchange/return it if necessary.
What if I have a problem with my bat after it’s been used?
If you experience any issues, or have queries, regarding a purchase that’s past the 30 day return period then you can contact us directly via Amazon’s messaging service (or here if you bought via this site).

How do I maximise grip from the rubbers?
To maximise grip you need to maintain clean, sticky rubbers. Too much grime on your rubbers means you’ll lose grip of the ball and find it harder to consistently generate heavy spin. Here’s how to keep your rubbers clean:
Water — Cheap & effective
Apply a little bit of water using kitchen paper or a soft clean cloth to gently wipe the surface clean. This only takes a minute, and the rubber will dry very quickly. It’s cheap and effective.
Important: be careful not to use too much water, as you’ll end up soaking the rubbers and the wooden blade.
Rubber spray & sponge — a more thorough clean
Most players don’t require the use of a a chemical spray. However, if you want a really ‘thorough’ clean then you can pick up a specialist spray and sponge for around £5-10 from online table tennis shops.
Important: don’t use any other type of cleaning fluid on your bat, as there’s every chance this will degrade the rubbers, causing them to lose their grip entirely!
Bat cases & Rubber protectors — store your bat clean & dust free
Rubber protectors are thin, transparent films which you can cut to the shape of your rubbers. After a match some players clean their rubbers and apply the protector to keep them clean for next time.
At Palio ETT we supply a free bat case with every product. This keeps your rubbers free from dust & dirt. It does much the same job as rubber protectors.
How should I maintain my bat?
Apart from keeping your bat clean and storing it safely inside the case provided, you may also need to re-glue or change the rubbers down the line. Precisely when depends on a number of factors such as the frequency of use, playing technique, your standard/level and general level of bat care.
The Palio ETT rubbers are designed to detach. Players have the option to upgrade or change their rubbers at any point, by removing old/worn ones and attaching brand new ones onto the same blade. Club players enjoy the flexibility of removable rubbers — so we avoid ‘cementing’ our rubbers down permanently.

The downside to removable rubbers is that from time to time an edge might come loose after heavy usage. The solution to this problem is to invest in a specialist table tennis glue to tack it back down. These are priced at around £5-15, and are highly effective. We don’t provide the glue ourselves — but other well-known table tennis brands such as Joola sell them on Amazon and other online outlets.
Note: some commercial brands opt for ‘permanent’ rubbers. Granted, they won’t come loose — but these rubbers do not match the performance of the Palio-ETT range. Thus we believe that our bats appeal to those wanting to truly improve their game.

How long should my bat last for?
This depends on a number of factors such as the frequency of use, playing technique, standard/level and your general bat care.
While some amateur players may get by with rarely changing their rubbers, it’s not uncommon to find others at the same level changing theirs much more frequently. It really depends on how the rubbers are performing.
Professional or semi-pro players typically change their rubbers more often, due to high standards and frequency of training/games. This is made possible by high equipment budgets or even sponsorship.
You should regularly assess the condition of your rubbers. If you’re unable to grip the ball and execute spin like you used to, then it might be time for a change.
Where can I buy replacement rubbers?
Unfortunately our rubbers are exclusive to the ETT range, and aren’t sold separately.
They are however very similar to the high performing CJ8000 rubber range from Palio. You will be able to find suppliers online, selling an array of rubbers to suit your specific playing style.
The alternative is to upgrade your ETT bat to an Intermediate or Advanced model — if you haven’t already done so!
